Well Dressed began in the work of founder and celebrity fashion stylist Monica Cargile. While working with clients, she began to notice that clothing didn’t simply change how women were seen—it changed how they saw themselves. What appeared, on the surface, to be about style revealed itself as something deeper: a reconnection to identity and self-worth.

Monica saw how this shift in confidence influenced the way women navigated relationships, imagined their futures and entered spaces that once felt out of reach. It led her to a powerful question: what if women who have been overlooked and displaced were given the same opportunity to see themselves reflected with dignity and possibility? Well Dressed was created to answer that question.
