OUR PROGRAM

Client Services

Well Dressed is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement dedicated to helping women transform how they feel and how they’re seen. We offer an eight-week program, a five-session online course and a one-time workshop to support women across Los Angeles County as they rebuild their lives.

Mirror Mirror

8 Week Personal Development Program (Full Course)
Includes Sessions 1–8 of the Mirror Mirror curriculum

Mirror Mirror was created for women and woman-identifying adults ages 18 and older in underserved communities across Los Angeles County. Through clothing, the program helps each woman reconnect with herself and choose how she wants to be seen as she rebuilds her life.

During weekly 90-minute sessions led by fashion and beauty experts, women examine identity, self-perception, how first impressions are formed and how clothing can communicate without words. They aren’t told what they should wear or who they should become. They learn to make choices that feel authentic, support their goals and allow them to be seen on their own terms.

Every lesson is supported by a handout designed to make learning personal. It includes important points to remember and reflection assignments that ask each woman to look at her own clothing—what she chooses, why she chooses it and how those decisions shift in different settings.

The program includes a professional styling experience where each woman selects clothing for work, school and everyday life. She leaves with a wardrobe that reflects the woman she is and supports the future she is working toward.

Mirror Mirror - Virtual

5 Week Online Course
Includes Sessions 1–5 of the Mirror Mirror curriculum

Mirror Mirror - Virtual brings programming into a live online classroom. During weekly 90-minute sessions, women look at the emotional meaning behind what they wear and why their clothing choices change depending on their environment.

Digital handouts accompany every session and deepen what students are learning. Each one includes key takeaways they can keep and reflection assignments centered on their clothing and how they dress in specific situations. The handouts give women something personal and practical they can continue using after the course ends.

Closet Talk

Two-Hour Workshop | Available In Person or Virtually

Closet Talk invites women to look honestly at the emotional life of their closets. Clothing can hold memories, represent former versions of themselves or become armor during difficult seasons. Through guided conversation, women begin to understand why they reach for certain pieces, what no longer reflects who they are and how the choices they make in front of the closet can support them once they walk out the door.

Each woman receives a digital handout summarizing the workshop’s key takeaways. She can return to it long after the workshop as a reminder of what she learned about herself and the way she approaches getting dressed.
