With a background in marketing, project development, and paralegal work, she is deeply committed to helping others discover and develop their gifts. She also serves as a youth leader in Inglewood and Compton, mentoring young people as they transition into adulthood.
Erika is the founder and CEO of I Wear A Crown Enterprises, which encompasses several businesses. I Wear A Crown provides custom wigs for women experiencing hair loss due to cancer, lupus, or alopecia. Her community involvement extends through “The Deliverance Project,” supporting at-risk youth and adults by fostering self-esteem and integrity, and through her active role at Faith Inspirational Missionary Baptist Church, where she serves as a Praise and Worship Leader. She has also contributed her skills as a minute taker for multiple Neighborhood Empowerment Boards and Executive Councils in Los Angeles County, including Southwestern Conference, Alvarado, and Echo Park.
Serving on the Board of Well Dressed is a natural extension of Erika’s passion for empowering women in her community. She believes in the transformative power of clothing as an expression of both spiritual and psychological growth.
